We want you to love HV1 + Peptides. If you don't, we'll make it right.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try HV1 + Peptides for up to 90 days. If it's not for you, email support@hyalore.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price in full, even if the bottle is empty. You don't need to send the product back.
• Covers your first order of HV1 + Peptides, up to 3 bottles, once per customer.
• Applies to single-bottle orders, multi-bottle orders and the first shipment of a Subscribe & Save subscription.
• Later subscription shipments aren't covered by the guarantee, but you can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next shipment.
How to request a refund
Email support@hyalore.com with your order number. A real person replies, usually within 1–2 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid.
Unopened products
Outside the guarantee, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first for instructions; return shipping is on the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping charges
Refunded only when the problem was our mistake.
Subscriptions
Cancel future Subscribe & Save shipments anytime using "Manage subscription" in your order emails or account, or by emailing support@hyalore.com. Cancelling stops future charges.
Fair use
We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated requests across multiple orders, accounts or addresses, or products bought from unauthorized resellers.
Changes to this policy
The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
